Consent-first review requests for home services

The tech did a clean job. The homeowner never got asked.

A home services company earns a review at the moment the tech closes the panel, and loses it by the time the truck is at the next call. ReputeLift sends the ask by text after the job with a one-tap link to your Google page, with STOP and do-not-contact honoured on every send. If you run the jobs in TradesBackbone, a completed job queues the request for you and a person in the office releases it.

Pick your business type at signup; you can change it in Settings.

How a home services company runs on ReputeLift

5 workflows your technicians and the owner share on one record. Everything below exists today.

Text the homeowner when the job closes

Add the customer with the service type — furnace tune-up, drain, panel upgrade — and send the request by text or email, or schedule it for that evening. It carries your company name, the link to your Google review page and opt-out wording. A homeowner who replies STOP is removed automatically.

A completed job in TradesBackbone queues the ask

Mark the job complete in TradesBackbone and ReputeLift creates a pending review request for that customer. Nothing is sent on its own: someone in the office presses Send on the pending list, so a cross-app event can never text a homeowner without a person choosing to.

Techs send, the owner sees the numbers

Starter includes 3 users and Pro 10, with owner, member and viewer roles. A lead tech as a member can add customers and send requests from the phone; the owner keeps billing and, on Pro, gets a weekly digest of requests sent and reviews logged.

Log the review, answer it from a draft

Pro plan

Add the reviews you receive to the inbox. On Pro an AI draft written from that review's details is ready to edit and copy onto Google. A one-star review logged by the office emails the owner immediately, so the callback happens the same day.

Home Services: questions, answered

Straight answers about how ReputeLift works for a home services company.

Does ReputeLift run our jobs and invoices too?+

No — that is TradesBackbone, our field service product for shops of about 3 to 25 people: scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing and payments. ReputeLift is the review side. Connected, a completed job in TradesBackbone queues the review request in ReputeLift for the office to release.

Does it send the review request automatically when a job is done?+

It queues it. A completed job in TradesBackbone creates a pending request; a person in the office sends the pending list with one click. Nothing goes to a homeowner without someone choosing to send it, and STOP and do-not-contact are checked again at that moment.

Does it pull our Google reviews in?+

No. ReputeLift sends the request and gives you an inbox for the reviews you receive, which you add yourself. Connecting Google stores your Business Profile so the link is right; no review is fetched and no reply is posted for you.

Can we ask only the customers who were happy?+

You choose who to ask, and everyone you ask gets the same message and the same link. ReputeLift has no sentiment step and no separate path for an unhappy customer; review gating violates Google's policy and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews, and the product cannot do it.

How much for a six-truck shop?+

Starter is $99/mo with 3 users and 100 requests a month; Pro is $199/mo with 10 users, 1,000 requests, AI drafts, analytics and the weekly digest. Extra users are $25/mo. 14-day free trial, month to month.
