What is built, and what is not

Every plan sends real review requests by SMS and email, imports your customers, generates your QR code and review link, keeps the reviews you add in one inbox, and drafts replies with AI on Pro. ReputeLift does not pull your reviews in from Google or Facebook, and it does not post your replies back. You add reviews yourself and copy the approved reply across. Automatic review sync and reply posting are on the roadmap, through a desktop connector — we are not putting a date on it here until it ships.
