Consent-first review requests for real estate agents

Twelve closings this year. Two reviews. Both from your mother's friends.

A buyer picks an agent from the map and the search results, and reads the last five reviews before the first call. Every closing is a review you earned and did not ask for. ReputeLift sends the request the week of closing by text or email with a one-tap link to your Google or Facebook page, keeps the message identical for every client, and tracks which ones turned into a review.

How a real estate agent runs on ReputeLift

4 workflows your agents and transaction coordinators and the owner share on one record. Everything below exists today.

Ask the week of closing, by text or email

Add the client when the deal closes and send the request by text or email, or schedule it for the following week when the boxes are unpacked. The message is your name, a thank-you and the link to your Google review page — or your Facebook business page on Pro, where a lot of your referrals already look.

Know which closings became reviews

Pro plan

Each client record shows whether a request went out and whether a review came back. When you log a review, ReputeLift matches it to the request that earned it, conservatively, by name and date. On Pro, analytics show requests sent and reviews logged by month.

Consent and opt-out on every send

A client who replies STOP is removed from texts automatically; one you mark do-not-contact never gets a request created. The check runs when the ask is queued and again before it goes out.

Real Estate Agents: questions, answered

Straight answers about how ReputeLift works for a real estate agent.

Does ReputeLift pull my Google and Zillow reviews into one place?+

No. It sends the request and gives you an inbox for the reviews you receive, which you add yourself. Connecting Google or Facebook stores the page so the link is right; no review is fetched from any platform and no reply is posted for you.

Should the link go to Google or Facebook?+

Google on every plan; Pro adds your Facebook page as a second destination. Most agents send Google first because that is where the map listing lives, and use the Facebook link for clients who found them there.

Can I ask only the clients whose deal went smoothly?+

You choose who to ask, and everyone you ask gets the same message and the same link. ReputeLift has no sentiment step and no separate path for an unhappy client; review gating violates Google's policy and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews, and the product cannot do it.

Can I turn the reviews into testimonials on my site?+

The reviews you log in the inbox are yours to quote, with the reviewer's permission. Our guide on turning reviews into website testimonials covers how to do it without misrepresenting them.

What does it cost for a single agent?+

Starter is $99/mo with 100 requests a month, which is more than a solo agent will use. Pro is $199/mo and adds the Facebook link, AI drafts and analytics. 14-day free trial, month to month.
